My 2012 Hyundai Sonata was purchased from a different dealership, but I changed to Towne Hyundai of Orchard Park in 2015 for my car maintenance. Due to their excellent service, there was no question that I would look to that dealership for my 2012 trade-in and 2018 new Sonata purchased. I was very pleased with the excellent experience.

I wasn't really planning to buy a new car, and my 2010 Elantra was continuing to serve me well with 95,000 miles, but I heard about the Ioniq and was curious to at least see what it was about. So, while the trusty Towne Service Department took care of my tire rotation and oil change, I talked with a salesman about the Ioniq, and took it for a test drive. Good looking, fun to drive, unbeatable warranty, record-breaking gas mileage, price comparable to a non-hybrid vehicle, and 0% financing. I couldn't find a reason NOT to buy the car!

I've done brakes myself and had tires done elsewhere because of the brand of tire I wanted. Both the dealership as well as Hyundai have been extremely helpful and fair to me. What I liked about my 2014 Sonata, it had terrific take-off power, and as very nicely appointed. Never had a single complaint about its performance, and had it serviced at Hyundai as required. All my Sonatas were well made cars, beautiful finish, no rust. I chose Hyundai in the beginning for its 10 yr warranty.
My salesperson was extremely patient and helped me sort through the range of purchasing/leasing options available as well as the various vehicle choices. This was a great place and I recommend it very highly!

They are very thorough in helping you learn all the new systems. Katherine was very helpfulin processing paperwork to finalize sale. Vince is very good in setting up systems and eplains them well.
